Pinot noir: wall bars pruned to Guyot with density of system of 5000-5500 vines/hectare


Several vineyards on the hill next to Trento (north-east part), south-westerly exposed and placed between 350 and 600 meters above sea level, on a soil particularly vocated to grapes suitable for sparkling wine.


  • Harvest executed in the first half of September.
  • Blank wine-making in controlled temperature steel tanks.
  • For business choice the “malolattica” fermentation is not taking place, in order to enhance the freshness of the wine and the peculiarities of the soil.
  • Tirage and bottling in the spring next to the picking.
  • 40 months on yeasts.
