  • Pinot Noir: wall bars pruned to Guyot with density of system of 5000-5500 vines/hectare


Several vineyards placed between 300 and 600 meters above sea level with South/ South -West exposure in Cembra valley, zone particularly vocated to the grape growing for sparkling wine


Harvest executed in the first half of September.
Blank wine-making in controlled temperature steel tanks.
For business choice the “malolattica” fermentation is not taking place, in order to enhance the freshness of the wine and the peculiarities of the soil.
Tirage and bottling in the spring next to the picking.
40 months on yeasts.
